Dimir Ninja by AJ

4 Ornithopter
4 Dimir Infiltrator
4 Mistblade Shinobi
4 Ninja of the Deep Hours
4 Higure, the Still Wind
4 Throat Slitter
1 Ink Eyes, Servant of Oni

4 Mana Leak
4 Last Gasp
4 Repeal
1 Umezawa's Jitte

6 Island
1 Minamo, School at Water's Edge
7 Swamp
4 Waterveil Cavern
4 Dimir Aqueduct

Sideboard:
2 Shuriken
2 Rend Flesh
4 Remand
3 Okiba Gang Shinobi
4 Ravenous Rats

The main purpose is to have field control. Opponent's creatures will be bounced by Mistblade's effect and non-black creatures will be destroyed by Throat Slitter's effect. Ninja of the Deep Hours is for card drawing.

Higure, the master of all Ninja, is the central of this deck. He can make the Ninjas unblockable and he can fetch his number one ally: Ink Eyes, Servant of Oni. Both of them together can win the game.

Ornithopter and Dimir Infiltrator are baits for the Ninjas. Ornithopter is a must for Ninja deck. Dimir Infiltrator is amazing if it can be summoned on turn two. It can be transmuted to fetch Jitte, Mana Leak and Last Gasp. Dimir Infiltrator + Jitte can win the game.

Repeal is very useful. When there is a Ninja on the table, opponent usually reserves one creature for blocker. At early game, it is usually 1 or 2 cc creature. At his/her EOT, Repeal it for 2 or 3 mana. Repeal can be used to bounce Jitte.

This build is designed to combat other aggro decks especially Zoo and Gruul Beats. Against Orzhov aggro plus discard decks, this deck will have a hard time. Repeal is not effective against CIP effect creatures like Ravenous Rats and Shrieking Grotesque. Throat Slitter is almost useless against their black creatures. Higure and Ink Eyes are the winning conditions against them. Therefore against Orzhov Aggro with discard:
-4 Repeal
-4 Throat Slitter
+4 Remand
+2 Rend Flesh
+2 Shuriken

Mistblade Shinobi is needed as a cheap ninja and for throwing Shuriken. Usually they don't have answer for artifact.

Against control decks: (UR Niv-Mizzet, UR Magnivore, Izzet Tron, BW Control, Heartbeat)

4 Ornithopter
4 Dimir Infiltrator
4 Ravenous Rats
4 Mistblade Shinobi
4 Ninja of the Deep Hours
2 Throat Slitter
3 Okiba Gang Shinobi
3 Higure, the Still Wind
1 Ink Eyes, Servant of Oni

4 Mana Leak
4 Remand
1 Umezawa's Jitte

6 Island
1 Minamo, School at Water's Edge
7 Swamp
4 Waterveil Cavern
4 Dimir Aqueduct

Sideboard:
4 Repeal
2 Rend Flesh
2 Shuriken
4 Last Gasp
2 Throat Slitter
1 Higure, the Still Wind

Okiba and Ravenous Rats are used to disrupt control players' hand. More counterspells for their creature-hate spells and their key spells. It operates like Blue Bob deck. Recurring Ravenous Rats with Ninjutsu is great.

NB:
I want to thank all the people that I've played with Magic Workstation. I've learned much from you: from the first time I played MWS until recently.

There's an article titled "Return of the Ninjas" by Jake Ziering at TCGplayer that discuss this deck.
There's also a forum discussion somewhere titled "Sea - Stompy" about this kind of deck.

Points worth noticing:
* The baits also function as mana accellerator
* Creature removals using Electrolyze, utilising Izzet spell. Useful against 1 toughness creatures.
* Disruption using Thought of Ruin and counterspells
* Non-legendary hitter Rumbling Slum. I prefer RS than Burning-Tree Shaman because BTS makes Ninjutsu costs 1 life.
